What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Membership: the details in the membership application (name, address, email address) and information about membership fee payments.
- Visiting the site: our hosting provider automatically logs technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) needed to run and secure the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use contact form data only to reply to your message. We process the data of our members to keep the membership register, inform members about our activities and record membership fee payments; the legal basis is membership of the association and our legal obligations. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website securely.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply, and no longer than two years. We keep the data of our members for the duration of membership and afterwards only as long as required by law (for example, accounting rules).
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or pass it on to third parties for marketing. Only our hosting provider and our bank (for membership payments) may have access to it, and only to the extent needed for their services.
Embedded content and cookies
This site embeds videos from YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may collect data about you and set cookies according to its own privacy policy. Our site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies; it only uses a necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@fantastika.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
